Ethos

Scripture

We submit ourselves to the authority of Scripture and seek to live from the realities established in Christ rather than from natural experience or emotions.

Formation

We believe the ultimate goal of discipleship is not merely the acquisition of knowledge, but the formation of Christ within the believer.

“My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you.” — Galatians 4:19

Continuation and Discipline

We believe spiritual maturity is cultivated through steadfast continuation, order, and disciplined growth.

“They continued steadfastly…” — Acts 2:42

Reverence and Devotion

We esteem the presence of God and seek to minister unto the Lord with sincerity, humility, and holy fear.

Stewardship and Responsibility

We believe growth must be expressed through faithful stewardship, responsible living, and diligent service unto God.

“Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.” — 1 Corinthians 4:2

Community and Accountability

We recognize that spiritual growth flourishes within godly relationships, mutual encouragement, and loving accountability.

Kingdom Purpose

We believe God forms men and women not for self-exaltation, but for the advancement of His kingdom and the manifestation of His will on earth.
