The GDI Pathway

The GDI Formation Pathway

Goshen Discipleship Institute is structured as a progressive
formation pathway.

Spiritual maturity is not accidental.
It develops through order, continuation, and disciplined growth.

Each stage of GDI builds upon the previous one.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is assumed.

Foundations

Establishing identity and spiritual realities in Christ.

Alignment

Training the inner man through scriptural reckoning and renewal.

Formation

Developing consistency, discipline, and spiritual stamina.

Stewardship

Cultivating responsibility, order, and faithful execution.

Foundations

This is the entry point for all participants.

The Foundations stage addresses identity in Christ,
the nature of spiritual reality, inner alignment,
and the strengthening of the inner man.

  • The Gospel as reality
  • Reckoning and inner agreement
  • Circumcision in Christ
  • Ministering unto the Lord
  • Continuation and discipline

Completion of Foundations prepares a believer
for stable and sustained growth.

Alignment & Formation

At this stage, participants move from understanding
to practiced consistency.

Emphasis shifts toward repetition,
discipline, spiritual stamina,
and ordered devotional life.

  • Structured prayer discipline
  • Continued scriptural reckoning
  • Accountability and order
  • Habit formation
Stewardship

Stewardship is entrusted to those
who demonstrate stability and continuation.

This stage includes responsibility,
leadership development,
and practical execution of calling.

  • Faithfulness in small responsibilities
  • Leadership training
  • Ordered service
  • Practical life integration
Entry Principle

All participants begin with Foundations.

Progression to subsequent stages
is based on demonstrated consistency,
not personal preference.

The pathway is not self-selected.
It is guided.

“Strong meat belongs to them that are of full age,
even those who by reason of use
have their senses exercised.”
— Hebrews 5:14

Participants do not begin at Stewardship.
They begin at Foundations.
